PTU Counselling 2022 Dates Released for B.Tech: Check Schedule for Registration, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment
IKGPTU will start the online registration for the centralized online PTU counselling process (1st round) on August 18, 2022, at 11 am. PTU will conduct two rounds of counselling for B.Tech admission 2022.
IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) will start the centralized online PTU counselling process for B.Tech 10+2 basis (1st round) on August 18, 2022, at 11 am. The last date of the first round of PTU counselling 2022 is August 22, 2022. The PTU counselling 2022 will be applicable to the College of IKGPTU, PAU and MRSPTU. The University will not conduct any entrance test for taking admission into B.Tech course and the admission process is purely based on the marks scored in Class 12 exams.

Once the 1st round of the PTU counselling process will end, the authority will start the 2nd round of PTU counselling on August 31.

- Seats under the tuition fee waiver are applicable for the candidates from Punjab and if they take admission to IKGPTU and MRSPTU, the admission notification is issued by the Government of Punjab (DTE) for session 2022-23. The same will not be applicable for PAU
- The candidates can withdraw the confirmed seat within 7 days from the last date of reporting of last round of counselling for the respective courses
- The mode of PTU counselling 2022 will be online
