<p>Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has announced the exam dates for Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET). The PMET is scheduled to be held on Sunday, May 17. The PMET is conducted each year for Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programs. Eligibility criteria: Candidates can check the eligibility criteria on the official website of BFUHS. Application procedure: Candidates are required to apply online For general category: Rs 5000 For SC category: Rs 2500 The fee is required to be deposited at any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce throughout India by using Bank challan form which is generated after applying online. Candidates please note any applications after April 29 will be required to pay late fee of Rs 3000 in addition to the above mentioned fee. Paper pattern: Question pattern: The test shall have one paper consisting of questions in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Duration: The duration of test will be three hours. Number of questions: There will be 200 multiple choice questions (50 each of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology); each question will carry four marks, thus total marks will be 800. The medium of questions will be in English.</p>
