UPSC CDS (II) 2021: The UPSC CDS (II) 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 14, 2021. The admit card for the same has already been released on the official website. It is needless to say that UPSC entrance exams are one of the toughest and major exams in India, UPSC CDS (II) being one of them. It is a tough yet only way for the aspirants who wish to serve the nation through defense service. UPSC CDS (II) Exam Pattern Highlights 2021
Before going on to the exam day instructions, let us look at important highlights for UPSC CDS (II) Exam Pattern 2021 :
There will be two parts of the UPSC CDS (II) Exam: written test and intelligence interview.
The exam will be conducted for a total of 300 marks (for Air Force Academy, Air Naval Academy, and Indian Military Academy) and 200 marks (for Officer’s Training Academy).
The medium of the paper will be Hindi & English.
There will be multiple-choice questions in the exam.
120 minutes will be given for attempting each section of the paper.
1 mark will be given for each correct answer and there will be a deduction of 1/3rd marks for an incorrect answer.
Important Instructions for UPSC CDS (II) Exam 2021
Given below are the important instructions for UPSC CDS (II) Exam 2021 which the aspirants must follow through:
It is mandatory to bring the hall ticket to the exam center or else the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
No candidate will be allowed to have a scribe to write the exam in any condition.
The candidates are not allowed to bring calculators, digital watches, or any other electronic devices inside the exam hall.
The candidates must bring admit card, black ballpoint pen, any valid identity proof to the exam hall.
If any discrepancy is found in the admit card, report it to the UPSC immediately.
Make sure that you enter the exam hall at least half an hour before the exam timings. The candidates who report to the examination hall 10 minutes after the commencement of the test will not be allowed to sit for the test.
