RRB NTPC Result: Revised Result Of RRB NTPC Will Be Released This Month

Railway Recruitment Board will release the revised result of the RRB NTPC 2019 Group D Exam in March 2022, tentatively. As per reports, the board has accepted all the conditions of the candidates to release a new revised result. Earlier the RRB NTPC result was released on 15 January 2022 but candidates had alleged malpractices in the result. Not even this, after the results were announced, candidates and students preparing for this prestigious examination staged protests across the country. In several states, these demonstrations took the form of violence after which the Railway Minister intervened and ordered an inquiry.

To investigate the matter a high-level committee was constituted. The Ministry of Railways had sought suggestions from the aspirants and objections from the candidates of RRB NTPC Group D. Based on the given objections and suggestions, the committee has submitted its report to the Ministry of Railways and the Railway Recruitment Board. Additionally, all the demands of the candidates have also been accepted by the board.
The result is expected to be declared this month and based on the total number of posts, the board will release 20 times the result in the first tier. That is, approx 7 lakh candidates will be declared qualified in the first tier of RRB NTPC exam (NTPC 1 Tier Exam) and they will get a chance to appear in the second stage exam.

The RRB NTPC 2 for the qualified candidates will be held in the month of May 2022, tentatively. It must be noted that as per RRB 2nd Stage CBT for each Pay Level, all candidates of one RRB will be accommodated in a single shift which would eliminate normalization. And if a single shift is not possible because of capacity constraints or otherwise, percentile-based normalization will be done.
Also, Railway Recruitment Board has announced that it will conduct only single-stage CBT for the RRB Group D exam. The CBT exam of RRB Group D will be conducted in July 2022.
