Rs. 18 Lakh vs Rs. 4.5 Lakh: Gap in Salaries Offered at Tier 1 and Tier 3 MBA Institutes
Tier 1 students get 2.5 times more salary than a tier 2 student.
The campus placement season is going on and it varies a lot among tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 educational institutes. Willis Towers Watson recently released his findings on the basis of a survey he did in an HR consulting firm. According to the reports, tier 1 student gets 2.5 times more salary than a tier 2 student and 4 times more salary than a tier 3 student. The report of the survey is based on the information collected from 70 India’s top Institutes and from HR leaders across different sectors.

Watson conducted the survey to understand the trend of campus recruitment and how it differs across tiers and degrees like
