Same form for BA and BA.Hon in LU

Lucknow university has decided to bring out a single form for BA and BA.Hon for candidates who are applying for entrance examination 2016. Till now candidates needed to fill two separate forms for BA and BA.Hon.

Earlier this year LU decided to bring online admission process for UG entrance from this session. Now students have to select only BA option while applying that will make them able to take admission in both BA or BA.Hon. This year fees for BA course is Rs. 800.

Admission Co-ordinator Anil Sharma said that qualification for both BA and BA.Hon courses is same, and even entrance exam's paper are also same, that is why we decided to have a single form for them. Filling single form will help students and will also make admission process easier.

According to admission coordinator Anil Mishra, admission forms will be available in last week of April while submission of forms will end up by mid-May and entrance test will be conducted in last week of May.

University Of Lucknow or Lucknow University is a government-owned Indian research university based in Lucknow. LU's old campus is located at Badshah Nagar, University Road area of the city with a new campus at Jankipuram. Founded in 1867, LU is one of the oldest government-owned institutions of Indian higher education.

Successful candidates in entrance examination will be allotted seats according to their rank and will be called to the counselling according to that.
