The Department of Higher Education, Odisha has released the SAMS Odisha plus 3 phase 2 admission 2022 notification in online mode. The online common application form (CAF) will be available from October 13, 2022, onwards. The candidates should fill the form and submit it on or before October 19, 2022. The candidates, who were not selected or did not get any seat in the plus 3 phase 1 admission or recently passed the class 12 exam, are eligible to apply for the SAMS Odisha Plus 3 Phase 2 admission, directly from the SAMS Odisha portal. During the application form fill up process, the candidates are able to enter a minimum of 5 options and a maximum of 20 options. - If the candidates have already applied for Phase 1 and completed the application fee payment, then they should log in using the existing username and password and then fill up a fresh CAF with the relevant information
- If the candidates have not yet applied for Phase 1, then they should create their username and password.
- While filling the CAF, the candidates should check thoroughly the marks secured/ reservation criteria/ weightage, whether all the information is correctly entered or not
- Entering any wrong information will prohibit him/ her to complete seat in this admission phase
- The fresh applicants should pay the CAF fees
