Supreme Court of India has issued an order to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to make a decision on the issue of regularising salaries and timely payment of the staff working in various private technical institutes across the country. Earlier, a petition was filed in Supreme Court regarding the non-payment of salaries to the staff in private technical institutes. The apex court has now disposed the petition and asked AICTE to treat it as a representation.
