Maharashtra School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: There is 100% possibility of rain through the night in Maharashtra as per reports and highly likely that schools will be closed for tomorrow, August 6. 
• Nashik and Satara are under Red Alert by IMD with heavy rainfall and floods. 
• Mumbai and Pune have been declared as Yellow Alert amid heavy to moderate rainfall expected until August 7.
• The government has not yet officially announced the Maharashtra School Holiday 6 August 2024 and are expected to be declared soon. 

Kerala School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: There is no information on the school holiday 6 August 2024 yet, and the rains are currently stable. 
• On August 6, most of the districts in Kerala are under no warning as per the IMD report. 
• The Kerala School Holiday 6 August 2024 is most likely not to be declared. However, in sudden weather changes, the holiday may be declared so students and parents are advised to stay on the lookout. 

Karnataka School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: The weather is Karnataka is reported to be stable, and there has not been any declaration of Karnataka school holiday 6 August 2024 yet.
• All schools are expected to remain open on 6 August in Karnataka. As per the latest updates from IMD, all districts are cleared from the heavy rain alert and are under no warnings. 
• In case of any sudden changes in the weather, the Karnataka school holiday 6 August 2024 may be intimidated by the government to maintain the safety of the students. 

Himachal Pradesh School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: As per the recent reports, some districts are experiencing heavy rain currently and Himachal School Holiday 6 August 2024 is most likely to be declared.
• As of the latest IMD report, Bilaspur, Mandi, Shimla, Una, Solan and Sirmaur are under Yellow Alert. 
• However, school holidays in any of the districts have not been confirmed yet. As the schools were open on August 5, the same is expected to follow for August 6. 

Uttarakhand School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: The cloud in Uttarakhand is clear as of now, and the schools are most likely not to be closed on August 6. 
• The IMD has not issued any alerts for any of the Uttarakhand districts.
• All schools and colleges are open with regular classes on August 5, and the same is expected to continue. 
• Uttarakhand school holiday 6 August 2024 due to rain is most likely not to be declared. 

Assam School Holiday 6 August 2024

• Latest Update at 4:05 PM: Currently the capital city of Assam, Guwahati (Kamrup Metropolitan) is experiencing heavy rainfall and floods. 
• As per the reports, districts, Goalpara, Sonitpur, and Bishwanath are under Orange alert on August 5 with heavy rain followed by thunderstorms and lightning, most likely to cause a flood, which may result in a school holiday. 
• IMD issued an orange alert for Barpeta and Darrang on August 6, with yellow alerts for all west Assam districts, and Sonitpur, Bishwanath, Lakhimpur, Dhemaji, Jorhat, Majuli, Dima Haso, and Cachar districts.
