School Holidays in August 2023: Students shall note the list of the public holidays and the state-wise holidays for various festivals to be observed in the month of August 2023. One of the major events that the whole nation will observe as a Holiday to mark the 76th Year of Independence for the country will be celebrated on August 15th, 2023, (Tuesday). All schools, offices, and banks will remain closed. Other festivals that will be widely celebrated are Onam on August 29, 2023, and Raksha Bandhan on August 30, 2023.
