Selection and Counseling Process of VITMEE MCA

Procedure to appear in VITMEE counseling

• Short-listed candidates list will be displayed on the website or informed through the personal SMS to the registered mobile number for an interview/ counseling at the VIT campus
• Selected candidates will have to pay a deposit of Rs. 10,000/- as counseling fee. If a candidate gets admission, this non-refundable fee will be adjusted for the tuition fees.
• Candidates who fail to pay the advance at the Counseling will not be considered for Admission. This amount should be paid by demand draft drawn in favor of “VIT University”, payable at Vellore (only computerized DD will be accepted).

Required list of documents for counseling

• Originals of 10^th and 12^th class mark sheets.
• Original and at least two photocopies of all the certificates of 10th & 12th class.
• Original of the provisional/ degree examination if the candidate is appearing.
• Transfer Certificate (if already received) obtained from the last institute studied.
• Migration Certificate
• Community category certificate (SC/ ST/ other) signed by the competent authority.
• Medical document for the fitness purpose.
• The parent/ student have to sign Affidavit separately in Rs .20/- Stamp Paper
• 4 copies of recent passport size photograph (color)
• Advance Fee Receipt
• Admission letter and a copy of the fee receipt
• The University ID /Registration Number will only be generated to the candidates who have submitted all the above documents.
