SP Jain Launches Premium Learning Online Courses: To Use Lab-Style Teaching Approach
SP Jain School of Global Management has launched 13 online courses targeting UG, PG students and working professionals. The courses are a part of the Premium Learning Online (PLO) suite of SP Jain and will be taught using a new and unique Lab-Style Approach.
SP Jain School of Global Management, Mumbai has launched a suite of short-term online courses suitable for undergraduates, postgraduates and working professionals. The duration of these courses will be 30 or 60 hours and the courses are scheduled to begin in July 2020.
SP Jain is a reputed institute that is known for its Global MBA course. The institute has used its expertise to take online education one step closer to be at par with the classroom experience.
Providing more information about the online courses, Nitish Jain, the President of SPJSGM, said that their courses have been carefully designed and use new and interesting techniques to make the experience more engaging and fun for the students.

Courses Will Be Taught Using Lab-Style Approach
The institute has designed a proprietary technology called Premium Online Learning (PLO) which employs a lab-style approach to learning.
In the Lab-Style Approach, the online courses are taught live by world-class Indian and international faculty who are subject-experts in their respective fields. The students are given activity such as a practical problem to solve in every 15 minutes and the feedback is immediately provided to them.
Thus, the course encourages practical learning based on doing and not just listening. SP Jain believes that this strategy is poised to be a game-changer in online education as it will increase student engagement and may also have a positive impact when it comes to student dropouts.
