SPJIMR PGPM 2022 Placements: Hike in Average CTC, Major Highlights
SPJIMR PGPM 2022 placements see a spike in the average CTC. The average CTC of the top 25 percent and top 50 percent is INR 31 lakh and INR 28.7 lakh respectively.
SPJIMR PGPM 2022 Placements witnessed a hike of 20% in the average CTC as compared to the previous year. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) saw an average CTC of INR 23.6 Lakh for PGPM while the average CTC of the top 25 percent and top 50 percent of the batch stood at INR 31 lakh and INR 28.7 lakh respectively. PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) is a full-time AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) approved executive program of a 1-year duration (preceded by 3 months of online learning). The programme is developed for professionals and experts with work experience of five years who look forward to building their careers into leadership roles in general management by gaining strong domain expertise.
The SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) offers several specialisations in the PGPM program which includes General Management, Business Analytics, Information Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations & Supply Chain Management. A total of 75 companies visited for conducting their recruitment drives for the SPJIMR placements and 130 candidates participated in the recruitment drive. The major recruiters were Flipkart, Accenture, Blue Yonder, Indegene, Bain, Bristlecone, Criticalog, Cognizant, EasyRewardz Software, Tavisca, Enquero, IBM, Incture Technologies, Vector Consulting, TheMathCompany, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, O9Solutions, Redington, LTI, Robosoft Technologies, Sapient, Stovecraft, Thoucentric, Tiger Analytics, and Xpressbees amongst others.
