NEW DELHI: SRM Institute of Science and Technology has released the SRMJEEE 2022 exam day guidelines at the official website, srmist.edu.in. SRMJEEE exam 2022 remote proctored exam will be held on April 23 and 24, 2022. The remote proctored online mode (RPOM) exam can be taken from home through laptop, computer or even mobile phone. To appear for the RPOM, the candidates should download SEB (Safe examination browser). The SEB can be downloaded from the official website of SRM University one or two days before the scheduled exam date.
What is Remote Proctored Online Mode (RPOM) examination?
RPOM is a process of taking the exam from home. Only the candidates should appear for the exam at the specified time and slot. To take the test, the candidates should have access to 512 kbps speed internet to take the test.

SRMJEEE 2022 exam day guidelines for remote proctored test
If the candidates opt for the Proctored test, then they should follow the below mentioned exam day guidelines.
- If the candidates appear for the two mock tests, then they will be able to take the main exam
- For RPOM, the candidates must take the exam from disturbance and noise free room
- The background of the candidates should plain area or wall, and there should not be any other devices present
- If the student will turn off the camera, then the test will be terminated
- Th exam will be ended after 150 minutes; nonetheless, the candidates are allowed to logout after 120 minutes if they finish the test
- The candidates should keep handy or should keep an arrangement for power backup
- The candidates need to login to appear for the test before 60 minutes of the scheduled timing
- Speaking between the exam is not permissible
- If any disturbance from the candidate’s end will be found, then the exam will be automatically terminated
Note - Candidates appearing for SRMJEEE 2022 exam should keep in mind that they do not indulge in any unethical practices during the exam such as taking help from others, carrying any electronic devices, leaving the work station in between the test, reading questions loudly or related activities.
