Steps to apply for Power Grid Recruitment through GATE 2023

Power Grid Recruitment through GATE 2023: The PGCIL recruitment 2023 has started on January 16, 2023. Candidates who want to get their jobs as executive trainees in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Science disciplines must submit their application forms by February 18, 2023. The age limit for the Power Grid Engineer trainee is a maximum of 28 years. Three years, five years, and ten years of age relaxation is provided to the OBC (NCL), SC/ST, and PwD, respectively.

Candidates must follow the steps below to register themselves for the Power Grid Recruitment Drive through GATE 2023:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE 2023.

• Step 2: Search for the ‘Application Form Link’ and click on it.

• Step 3: Enter your address, name, and educational qualifications in the desired fields. 

• Step 4: Add a passport-size photograph to the photo box. 

• Step 5: Upload all the documents required for verification.

• Step 6: Press the ‘Enter’ button to submit.

• Step 7: Download the Power Grid Recruitment application form for future reference. 

Power Grid Recruitment through GATE 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Exam takers need to pass the following eligibility criteria to be shortlisted for the Power Grid Engineer post:

• The candidates' age must be within 28 years. PGCIL provides 3 years, 5 years, and 10 years of relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC, SC/ST, and PwD aspirants. 

• Applicants must have 60% marks in B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc from a recognized university.
