The working of the Journalism and Mass communication department of Patna University was paralyzed by the disruptive behaviour of the post-graduate students of the Hindi Journalism and Mass communication.
The students displayed vandalism in their conduct by locking the Hindi department. They have made allegations that the 23 students have been offered very low marks in the internal examinations, without any reasons. The students threatened to aggravate the agitations if their demands are not met.
It is noteworthy that the students have alleged of discord on the part of the department earlier in this month, stating their attendance is low only because they were attending the mandatory internship.

The students threatened to aggravate the agitations if their demands are not met. However, the head of the department Prof. Matuknath Chaudhary had denied the allegations and had said that the absentees are the students who don't want to study, they don't attend classes intentionally and that is the reason why their attendance is short.
It is noteworthy that the students have alleged of discord on the part of the department earlier in this month, stating their attendance is low only because they were attending the mandatory internship. The students said that they had to miss the classes because they were attending the internship which is important for the curriculum.
