Students from IIT Kanpur Design Development Board for Science Projects
Students of Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur have designed a multifunctional development board as part of their science project.
Adding to the glory of the institute, students of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur have designed a multifunctional development board as part of their science project. The multifunctional board can be used as a forum to conduct research and teaching, understanding Science, Technology, Engineering as well as Mathematics (STEM) skills.
Evive, is the electronic prototyping platform that allows people to transforms the way they want to design something. It has been designed by four students of IIT Kanpur, namely, Abhishek Sharma, Akshat Agarwal, Dhrupal R Shah and Pankaj Verma. They had a hard time developing their science project and decided to team up and solve the problems of others.

Co-founder of the product, Abhishek Sharma said that evive provides users endless possibilities and assists them in making unique projects in a user-friendly way. Be it robots, experimental setups, home automation systems, electronic devices or industrial automation systems, evive cover it all, added the co-founder.
According to the developers, there are three essential aspects that a developer needs to remember while making a project and they are learning better, building easier and debugging smarter.
Talking about the platform, Dhrupal R Shah said that it is a fun way of learning and offers a great user experience.

Project making is a complex as it requires building and prototyping for which students need to integrate a range of components together with a complex wiring process.
On the other hand, evive offers all this in one single platform and allows beginners an easy road to enter the world of embedded systems. Users can learn to operate a variety of hardware using the platform’s plug and play interface.
Evive is embedded with Arduino MEGA that offers an easy way of interacting with hardware using its intuitive visual interface.
