Students of NEC and NIT excel in Mega Job Fair

Students of Narasaraopet Engineering College and Narasaraopet Institute of Technology secured Jobs in various companies in a Mega Job Fair conducted by Narasaraopet engineering College on 17-April-2016. The Mega job Fair was conducted not only for the host college but also for the neighboring colleges. The college management conducted a press meet on 18-April-2016 to congratulate the students of NEC and NIT who got selected in campus placements.

College secretary, M.Satyanaraya said .“The mega job fair evoked a good response as 270+ students of Narasaraopet colleges have secured jobs. 28 students of Narasaraopet Engineering College and Narasaraopet institute of Technology secured jobs in various multinational companies. The colleges have a good placement percentage. Around 410+ students selected in campus placements in the academic year 2015-2016.

28 Students of NEC and NIT secured jobs in following companies:-

• Flipkart
• Tech Mahindra
• ICICI
• Eureka Forbes and
• Angel Broking

The students are selected at an annual package ranging from 1, 50,000 to 2, 00,000. The students received offer letters from the company officials.

College director, M.Baburao congratulated the students on this occasion. The college has received appreciation all over Guntur District for organizing Mega Job Fair. The college management is planning to organize another Mega Job Fair next month.
