'Super 30' Expand to Intake 100 Students from Next Year: Anand Kumar
Anand Kumar the host of Super 30 announces its expansion to 100 candidates from 30 and opened its doors for candidates from around the country for all courses.
“Super 30” a well-known free residential coaching programme for helping the underprivileged and determined students to secure seats in the most prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) has announced to increase in the intake from 30 to 100 students. The Super 30 has a striking success rate. Initially, it was started in Bihar by a Mathematics Wizard, Anand Kumar to help the talented students of Bihar. As the name suggests, only the best 30 candidates from the underprivileged and poor section of the state participated in the Super 30. However, from next year, it will expand to an intake of 100 students from all over the country.

Anand Kumar in an interactive session organised by the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) stated that due to the rapid growth in demand, Super 30 will expand to reach more individuals and make it more accessible to the students. He added that from next year, Super 30 will not confine itself to Bihar and open its doors for students from all around the country. However, with these changes, one thing will remain the same, the selection process. All candidates will have to appear for a test and the best candidates will be selected.
Mr. Kumar also stated that education is the key to finding solutions to all problems in the world. So, Super 30 is trying to go beyond to help all the students by offering online classes as well. In the past days of the pandemic, Super 30 offline classes were shut down, and only online classes were available. And Super 30 will try to continue with the online classes.

A film by the blockbuster movie star, Hrithik Roshan was released in 2019, depicting the work and personal life of Mr. Anand Kumar the title of the film as “Super 30”. The movie not just portrayed Mr. Kumar but also other teachers who try their best to provide a bright future for their students. The movie was a motivation to the students from poor families to work hard and achieve their dreams. Mr. Kumar also adds that Hard Work is what matters, not just ACs and the infrastructure of schools.
