Prakash Javadekar invites Super 30's Anand Kumar to discuss education insights.
Not only Anand Kumar has been successful in providing coaching to underprivileged students for IIT entrance, but also has insights on some loop holes existing in the current education system. Anand Kumar, who has been running ‘Super 30’ in Patna, Bihar was invited by new HRD minister, Prakash Javadekar before he took some major decisions
According to Anand, there is a need for "level playing field" in order to bridge the gap between the underprivileged students and other students due to indifferent schooling.

Another recommendation by him was to remove the importance of marks obtained by a student in 12th standard while selecting a student for IIT or NIT. The reason behind his strategy is that there are a number of boards of education in the country, the board marks are "normalized" on percentile basis through a formula.
Not only this, he also suggested providing the village school teachers with special training to increase their contribution to the holistic growth of the students and to ensure effective classroom engagement.
And keeping in mind the falling education standards, he recommended standardising the process of hiring faculty for secondary and higher secondary schools.
