<p>After the great success of 'Super 30' educational program meant to mentor the underprivileged children for engineering entrance examination, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has asked its founder Anand Kumar to start something alike for the poor students of Assam in Guwahati.The discussion took place at Gogoi's official residence when Anand visited Guwahati.
Earlier, Gogoi had visited 'Super 30' office in Patna in 2010 and has praised Kumar for his initiative. He also offered Rs 5 lakh to the program for expansion of its activities. Super 30 has a track record of successful students every year making it to Indian Institute of Technology.
Kumar said he had good talks with the chief minister and was impressed with his concern for the poor. "I will certainly look into his request and try to help the poor students in whatever way I can," the mathematician said.
