Technex19 in Association with IIT Varanasi Begins at YCET

A two-day workshop Technex 19 is being conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi in collaboration with Innovians Technologies at YCET Jammu. The primary aim of the two-day workshop is to generate awareness about technologies. The Departments of Electrical & Computer Science & IT, Yogananda College of Engineering &Technology is responsible for the Technex 19.

The Technex 19 is a national level workshop which witnessed huge participation. The workshop focuses on technological advancements like the Internet of Things (IoT) through Arduino.

During the first day, Technex 19 participants gained knowledge about a microcontroller, Arduino kit and programming, programming and also introduced students to small projects. The participants also attended different technological workshops, discussions. Many experts from the concerned field threw light on the importance of the Internet of Things in today's world. The guests also thanked the organising faculty of Electrical, Computer and IT Department of YCET for their efforts.

The students of B.E. 4th semester in Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology along with 6th-semester students of Electrical Engineering were a part of the Technex 19. Many eminent personalities were a part of the workshop including Dr. Arvind Devangan Director, HOD Electrical Department Loveneesh, Dean Dr. V K Koul and others.

The formal welcome address during the workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof Electrical Engineering Deptt. CEO and Founder of Innovians Technologies Prateek Gupta was the main resource person for the workshop. He has worked as a Senior Technical Specialisation with Honeywell International India and was also an online training for the American Government.
