Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the official notification for Paramedical Admissions 2020. KNRUHS is the official authority of conducting admission to paramedical courses in Telangana. Telangana B.Sc Paramedical Important Dates 2020
The important dates pertaining to B.Sc Paramedical are as follows:

Paramedical Courses Offered in Telangana 2020
Various colleges in Telangana along with KNRUHS offer the following courses in the paramedical stream: -
- BPT – Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- B.Sc – Bachelor of Nursing (4 Years)
- B.Sc. MLT – Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (2 Years)
BPT Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Class 12) with Zoology/ Botany, Physics and Chemistry are eligible to apply for BPT course in Telangana.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Course with Physiotherapy as the subject are also eligible to apply for the admission.
- Similarly, candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences can also apply.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate with Biological and Physical Sciences through APOSS (Open School) are also eligible to apply for the admission.
- The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31.

B.Sc. MLT Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Class 12) with Zoology/ Botany, Physics and Chemistry are eligible to apply for B.Sc MLT course in Telangana.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Course with Medical Lab Technology (MLT) as the subject are also eligible to apply for admission.
- Candidates who have a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology can also apply for B.Sc. MLT course.
- Similarly, candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences can also apply.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate with Biological and Physical Sciences through APOSS (Open School) are also eligible to apply for admission.
- The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31.
B.Sc. Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed Class 12 with 45% (40% for SC/ST/BC) marks with Biology, Chemistry and Physics as the major subjects and English as a compulsory subject are eligible to apply for B.Sc Nursing course in Telangana.
- Similarly, candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences can also apply.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a recognised institute in Telangana or a recognised institute of Nursing Council of India/ State Nursing Council are eligible to apply for admission.
- Candidates who have two years of experience as Staff Nurse in the Medical and Health Department and Vaidya Vidhana Parishad in the State of Telangana as on June 30, can also apply.
- The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of December 31.
Telangana Paramedical Admissions 2020
Candidates must follow the below steps to submit the online application for Telangana paramedical admissions: -
- Candidates who are eligible for the admission as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above can visit the official website, i.e., www.tsparamed.tsche.in
- After visiting the official website, click on ‘Online Registration.
- Candidates who wish to apply for multiple courses need to submit a separate application form.
- The application fee for OC/ BC categories is Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,600 for SC/ ST categories.
- Candidates need not send the hard copies of the application form to KNRUHS.
- The candidates must take two copies of the printout of the submitted application form.
Telangana Paramedical Admission Process 2020
KNRUHS will release the schedule for certification verification process shortly. Candidates must visit the respective helpline centres to complete the certificate verification process. At the same time, the candidates will have to submit all the original certificates, the printout of the application form and two sets of xerox copies of original certificates at the helpline centre.
After the conclusion of the certificate verification process, KNRUHS will release the merit list of the candidates eligible for admission. The admission is solely based on merit and reservation policies.
