TISS Announces Admissions for Its UG Courses for the Session 2017

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) invites applications from eligible candidates for its Bachelor degree programme offered in various subjects at its independent centre across the country like - TISS Mumbai, Chennai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad and Guwahati campus for the academic session starting from 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for TISS UG Programme:

• Aspiring candidates must clear their 12^th examination from a recognised Board or Institute

• Candidates should be less than 23 years for appearing the Bachelors Admission Test, as on April 30, 2017.

• Students appearing in their final year 12^_th exam can also apply

Selection Process at TISS:

The selection of candidates for different programmes is done in two stages. There are three components of assessment. All aspiring candidates have to appear for National entrance test (TISSNET). Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the TISSNET examination. They will be called for the Pre-Interview Test as well as Personal Interview.(PIT/PI)

How to apply for TISS UG Programme:

Candidates have to apply online through the official website of the Institute. Candidates must pay an application fee of INR. 1025 through debit card /credit card/ online transaction mode to complete the application process successfully. Candidates have to fill in their preference for the centre in the online application.
