TS DOST Counselling Date 2024: Know when Telangana Online Degree admissions expected to begin
TS DOST 2024 counselling will begin in the first week of May as per the official confirmation given by the Government of Telangana amid TS Inter results 2024. The official notification along with the dates will be released by April 30.
TS DOST Counselling Date 2024: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will start the TS DOST 2024 counselling process in the first week of May 2024. Based on the previous years’ trends, it can be assumed that the TS DOST counselling notification will be released within 2 to 3 days after the announcement of TS Inter 2024 results. This means that the TS DOST notification will be available tentatively by April 27 or by April 30. For instance, in 2023, the TS Inter results were released on May 9; whereas the TS DOST counselling notification was issued on May 11, 2023. TS DOST counselling process consists the steps like the registration process, web option, seat allotment process, and self-reporting process. Note, that the TS DOST counselling process will be conducted in three phases.

TS DOST Counselling Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates, who will qualify for the Boards exam by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State (BIETS) or the other board
- If the candidates have been passed from Boards other than CBSE, BIETS, or ICSE, then they should submit the eligibility certificate
Note, that the admissions committee will give priority to the candidates, who will pass the qualifying exams on the first attempt.

TS DOST Counselling Eligibility Criteria for Different Programs
- To secure admission to B.Sc courses, the candidates should pass the Board exam with a 40% score at the undergraduate level
- Candidates, who have studied Arts or Commerce streams in Class 11, 12, will not be eligible to apply for any B.Sc courses
- Candidates, who will qualify for the Board exam in any of the Science, Arts, or Commerce streams, can apply for the BA, B.Com, BSW, BCA, BBM, or BBA programs
- To enroll the names for the BSW program, the candidates should get 40% in the qualifying exam
