TS EDCET 2022 exam date announced: Online application form soon
TS EDCET 2022 exam dates are out and the application process will begin soon. Osmania University, Hyderabad conducts TS EDCET every year, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher education, to enrol students in their 2-year B.Ed course.
TS EDCET 2022 exam dates have been announced by the conducting body. It is announced that the exam is supposed to take place on the 26th and 27th of July 2022. Although, any official notification has not been released yet. If the exam takes place in July then the possibility of the release of the application form towards the end of March or the beginning of April is high. Candidates should keep an eye on the official website of TS EDCET- edcet.tsche.ac.in.
Osmania University, Hyderabad conducts TS EDCET every year, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher education, to enrol students in their 2-year B.Ed course. The exam is conducted at the state level for students aspiring to secure admission in a B.Ed college in Telangana.

TS EDCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Go through the brief eligibility criteria of TS EDCET 2022:
- Candidates must have passed their Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- Candidates holding a B.Tech or B.E with a specialization in Mathematics and Science must score a minimum of 55% marks in total.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC and other reserved categories must pass with 40% marks in aggregate.
- The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as of 01 July 2022. There's no maximum age limit.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for TS EDCET 2022.
- Aspirants possessing an MBBS/ B. Pharm/ BHMT/ BVSC are not eligible to apply.
TS EDCET 2022 Exam Pattern
Candidates wanting to appear for TS EDCET 2022 must know the exam pattern.
- The exam will be held offline in pen and paper mode.
- The question paper will consist of 3 sections and a total of 150 questions.
- The three sections of the exam are General English, Teaching Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Methodology.
- A total of 2 hours will be provided to answer all the questions.
