TS EDCET Counselling 2023 Special Phase Begins: Know who is eligible to participate

TS EDCET Counselling 2023 Special Phase: Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad has begun the registration process for TS EDCET counselling 2023 today, November 6 at edcetadm.tsche.ac.in, and will continue till tomorrow, November 7. Candidates willing to participate in TS EDCET counselling 2023 special phase must check out the eligibility criteria before dropping their applications. The eligibility requirement has been stated here for convenience. Applicants must note that if the eligibility criteria do not match the requirements for the counselling round, then they will be disqualified from participating.

Who is Eligible to Participate in TS EDCET Counselling 2023 Special Phase?
The candidates who meet the following requirements are eligible for TS EDCET counselling 2024 special phase:
Applicants should be an Indian citizen.
The applicant should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
The applicants should meet the local/non-local status requirements for admission.
Whether from B.Com, B.Sc., BA, B.Sc (Home Science), BBM, BCA, B.A. (Oriental Languages, or BBA background, candidates belonging to the General category must have 50% either in Bachelor’s or Masters.
For SC/ST/BC and other category candidates, the requirement is 40%.
Who Should Participate in TS EDCET Counselling 2023 Special Phase?
In addition to meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above, candidates should also be among the following to participate in TS EDCET Special Phase Counselling 2023:
Applicants who got a seat in Phase 2 counselling but opted for upgradation in another course or college.
Candidates who participated in both Phase 1 and 2, but could not secure a seat in any.
Applicants who were called for counselling but still could not participate in the first and second phases.
Applicants who got a seat but could not report on the scheduled date.
Candidates who participated in Phases 1 and 2, got a seat but cancelled their admission.
