List of Certificates and Documents required to be Uploaded for TS NEET PG Counselling 2023

TS NEET PG Counselling 2023: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has commenced NEET PG 2023 online registration for web-based counseling today July 10 at tspgmed.tsche.in. Eligible candidates can register online and upload scanned certificates till July 17, 2023 (up to 5 PM only). All the documents specified in the notification are compulsory for the candidates to upload only in online mode. During the final verification, students have to submit the online filled application along with the original certificates along with one set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college. The TS NEET PG Provisional Final Merit list will be released after scrutiny of all certificates uploaded during the registration process.

List of Certificates and Documents required to be Uploaded for TS NEET PG Counselling 2023

Here is the list of certificates and documents required to be uploaded for TS NEET PG 2023 Counselling.

1. Passport size photo
2. Admit Card and Rank Card NEET–PG 2023
3. Original / Provisional Degree Certificate
4. Aadhar Card
5. Study Certificate(s) from 1st MBBS to Final MBBS.
6. Graduates completed from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, Study certificates from 6th class to Intermediate /12th standard.
7. Latest Category Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by Competent Authority of Government of Telangana(If applicable).
8. Minority Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Government of Telangana, if applicable.
9. Latest Service Certificate issued by the concerned Head of the Department, if applicable (issued after July 10, 2023 by DME/DH/Director ESI/ Commissioner VVP/ MD Singareni Collieries and other Competent Authority as notified by Government).
10. Internship Completion Certificate: To be completed by August 11, 2023
11. Permanent Medical Council Registration Certificate. 
12. Post Graduate Medical Diploma Certificate, if applicable
13. Photo Identity proof (Aadhar Card). 
14. 10 years Residency proof/Study certificate ( in Telangana/AP) for candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (who studied MBBS outside AP/TS or other country) issued by Competent Authority of Telangana/AP State. (If applicable) 

Note: In case of any discrepancy in the certificates or application form, the provisional allotment order will be automatically cancelled by the authorities.
