Who is Eligible for TS PGECET Second Phase Counselling 2023?

Candidates shall know who will be eligible to participate in TS PGECET Second Phase Counselling 2023 before the dates are announced for making any decisions regarding the First Phase Seat Allotment: 

• All candidates who have qualified for the TS PGECET/GATE/GPAT will be eligible to participate in the Second Phase counselling for TS PGECET 2023. 
• Candidates who have registered in the first phase, will be eligible to participate as well as fresh candidates will also be eligible. 
• Candidates should have acquired the minimum required cutoff in the qualifying exams to be eligible.
• Only Indian candidates belonging to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be eligible. 

TS PGECET Second Phase Counselling 2023: Instructions 

Here are some additional instructions to be noted regarding the TS PGECET Second Phase Counselling 2023: 

• If candidates are not satisfied with the first phase allotment, they need not accept the seats, and directly exercise the web options for second phase counselling, when the window opens. 
• Even if the candidate has accepted the seat, and paid the tuition fee for admission, he/she will still be eligible to fill in the web options for the second phase counselling. 
• Candidates registered in the first phase need not register again for the second phase, and may directly access the web options window when it opens. However, fresh candidates will have to register by paying the requisite registration fee online. 
• Irrespective of seat allotment in the first phase, all registered candidates will be allowed to participate in TS PGECET Second Phase Counselling 2023.
