TS POLYCET 2022 Application Form Last Date June 4: Important instructions

TS POLYCET 2022 Application Form link will close on Saturday, June 04, 2022. Interested candidates may check their eligibility here and if eligible, candidates shall fill out the application form before the said date on the exam’s official website, https://polycetts.nic.in. TS POLYCET Application Form will be open for submission on June 08, 2022, but with a late fee of INR 100/- which will be required to be paid in addition to the given application fee (SC/ST: INR 250/-, Other categories: INR 450/-).

TS POLYCET Exam 2022 is scheduled to be held on June 30, 2022. Before proceeding to fill out the application form, go through the important instructions given below.

TS POLYCET 2022 Application Form Important Instructions

Essential instructions to fill out TS POLYCET Application Form 2022 are stated below:

1. The application form must only be filled online from https://polycetts.nic.in only. Any other mode/website of application will be rejected.

2. While selecting the 10th class board, if a CBSE/ICSE student does not have their 10th admit card roll number (RN), the student may then enter their school roll number followed by their date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) as RNDDMMYYYY. The length of this number should not exceed 14 characters.

3. To avail the category reservation and exam fee concession, it is mandatory for candidates (other than OC) to enter their Aadhar Card and MeeSeva caste certificate number.

4. Once the initial registration has been completed by entering the candidate’s Aadhar Number, Hall Ticket Number, DOB, Year of Passing, and MeeSeva certificate numbers (if applicable), the candidate’s information as per their class 10 entries will be reflected on the next page. If not, the candidate must manually enter all the details as asked and upload their photograph and signature as per the given specifications:

5. After proceeding, the candidate will now be required to pay the applicable application fee. The fee can either be paid online or offline.

• Online modes: Credit/ Debit Cards, Net Banking using Online Payment Gateway
• Offline modes: TS Online centres by cash or Credit/Debit Card/ Net Banking

6. Once the fee is paid, TS POLYCET Hall Ticket will be generated. If it is not generated immediately, do not pay the fee again. Instead, after 15 minutes, use the query option “Verify Payment Transaction” to check your payment status and try generating the hall ticket again. It is to be noted that the Verify Payment Option shall be used on the same day (before 12 midnight) as the transaction. If more than one transaction is made, the fee would be refunded within 7 working days.

7. After successful payment, print your TS POLYCET Hall Ticket along with the filled out application form.
