No New Hall Ticket to be Issued for Pending TS SSC (Class 10) Exams 2020

No new Hall ticket will be issued to Telanaga students appearing in the pending SSC examinations. Students must carry the hall ticket which was issued earlier.

Students who will be appearing for pending Telangana SSC public examinations will not be issued new hall tickets. SSC hall ticket which was released earlier must be used by students to appear in the entrance examination.

A total of 5,34,903 students have registered for the Class X exams for the current year in the state. The Board of Secondary Education is making all necessary arrangements to conduct the pending examination of Class X. The number of exam centres has already been increased from 2530 to 5000. Earlier 20 to 22 students were allowed to sit in the examination hall and two students used to sit per bench. With the increment in the test centres, only 10 to 12 students will be accommodated in a single examination hall. Only one student will sit per bench and in a zigzag pattern.

A Satyanarayana Reddy, the director of DGE said that the examination centres to conduct SSC entrance examination has been doubled. Some new centres are located within the premises of existing centres while others are located in buildings adjacent to the existing centres.

He further said that there are only a few centres which are five to ten minutes away from the existing centres. However, new SSC hall tickets will not be issued to students and they will have to use the existing hall tickets.

Telangana SSC public entrance examinations were putoff from March by the state government on the orders received form high court due to outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic. Three examinations First language paper I, Paper-II and Second Language has so far been conducted successfully.

Telangana State Government will file an affidavit in the high court in one or two days to explain preventive measures to be taken which conducting the examination. After receiving permission from the high court, the Telangana government will release the schedule of pending SSC exam in 7 to 10 days before the examination is commenced.

The government has also decided to appoint an appropriate number of invigilators, departmental officers, additional chief superintendent and other officers

According to an official statement released by the Telangana Government, the new centres will have adequate infrastructure and benches to ensure that students do not face ann issue while taking the examination. Those students who have been allotted a new centre will be accommodated easily and the entry time for such candidates will be eased.
