TSTET 2022 Application Form Released: Check Dates, Fee Details, and Steps to Apply

TSTET 2022 Application Form has been released today, on March 26, 2022, following the schedule given in TSTET 2022 Official Notification. The application form will be accessible for online submission on TSTET official website. The applications are accepted only in online mode, beginning from March 26, 2022 up until April 12, 2022. TSTET Exam 2022 is set to take place on June 12, 2022 in two shifts, each for a duration of 2.5 hours, as follows:

TSTET Paper 1: Shift 1 (09.30 AM to 12.00 Noon).

TSTET Paper 2: Shift 2 (02.30 PM to 05.00 PM).

The provision for a candidate to apply for both papers of TSTET exam has been made, simultaneously as well as separately. Applicants must choose the respective options while filling out the application form. It is of importance to note that the fee is INR 300/- irrespective if the candidate wishes to apply for one paper or both. The fee is the same for all categories.

A candidate is allowed to apply for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 simultaneously as well as individually. To apply for TSTET 2022, candidates will have to pay a fee of INR 300/- for a single paper as well as for both papers. The fee must be paid solely using the given online payment methods. If a candidate chooses to send a Demand Draft (DD) instead to the TSTET Department, the board will not separately provide a 'Journal Number' to such candidate nor will the board refund any losses incurred. The candidate will have to pay the fees again in online mode to get their unique journal number.

Steps for TSTET 2022 Online Payment

The detailed steps to make online payment are provided below: 

1. Visit the TSTET official website @tstet.cgg.gov.in.

2. On the homepage, a link for Online Payment of the Exam Fee is available. Click on it.

3. The page will be redirected wherein the candidate will be asked to enter details such as:

• Name (as per Class 10 Marksheet)
• Date of Birth (as per Class 10 Marksheet)
• Father’s Name (as per Class 10 Marksheet)
• Mother’s Name (as per Class 10 Marksheet)
• Mobile Number
• Whether a member of Telangana State or not.

4. Fill in all the details and then click on Proceed to Payment option.

5. After making the payment, the candidate will be issued a ‘Journal Number’ on the payment receipt.

6. Candidates must note down/take a screenshot of this Journal Number as it will be required to access the application form.

Note: The issuance of a Journal Number does not imply that the candidate has finished the online application submission process. It is simply a confirmation that the applicant's fee has been received.

Steps to Fill TSTET 2022 Application Form

Candidates should be aware that TSTET Application Form would only be accepted online. Printed forms delivered through fax, postal service, or personal visit will be rejected. Candidates should, however, preserve a hard copy of the application confirmation page as is suggested by the Telangana Department of Education. It is crucial for candidates to know that no amendments can be made to the application form once is it submitted. The board will not open any application form correction windows during or post the application duration. Applicants must double-check that all of the data on the form is correct before finally submitting the form.

The detailed steps to fill out the online application form can be checked below:

• Go to tstet.cgg.gov.in. On the homepage, click on the Online Application Form link.
• If you are a final-year student taking a professional course in the year 2021-22, check the box next to 'Yes or No' as per your answer. 
• Enter your unique Journal Number obtained after the fee payment along with the date of payment and your date of birth.
• Next enter the captcha verification code and tick the declaration box. Then proceed to click on the ' Verify & Next' option.
• The page will now be redirected and the TSTET Application Form will appear on the screen.
• Fill out all of the relevant fields after the application form is opened. 
• To upload your photograph, click on the Browse option and tick the box next to 'This photo belongs to me' option.  The photograph should be 3.5 cm in width and 4.5 cm in height. The background should be white/light in colour and the candidate must not be wearing goggles/spectacles and both ears of the candidate must be visible. The candidate’s signature should be 3.5 cm in width and 1.5 cm in height. Applications failing to meet these guidelines may be rejected.
• At the bottom of the form, click the 'Save and Next' option after uploading the photograph.
• In the 'Paper and Qualification' section, fill out all of the essential fields and once again click on the 'Save and Next' option.
• After this, fill out the '10th Class and Previous TET details (if applicable)' with relevant information. Then click ‘Save and Preview’ button at the bottom of the form.
• 'If all of the information is accurate, click 'Submit'. If not, click the 'Edit' option and modify the information as needed.  Check the details one again and then click 'Submit.'
• A pop-up window will display with the following message: "Please check that all of the credentials are filled in properly." The application cannot be changed once it has been submitted.'
• If everything is right, click the "Final Submit" link.
• An SMS containing the Candidate ID will be sent to the registered mobile number.
