UGC NET 2022 Second Phase Exam Postponed: Scheduled Between 20-30 September
UGC NET Second Phase 2022 exam is now postponed to September 20-30. Earlier it was scheduled for August 12-14, 2022.
UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 Exam: The second phase of the National Eligibility test has been postponed. The UGC Chairman, M Jagadesh Kumar has announced the revised UGC NET 2022 exam dates. The test will be conducted from September 20 to 30, 2022. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held from August 12 to 14, 2022. Candidates will be able to download the UGC NET 2022 admit card on or after September 16 by visiting the official website (ugcnet.nta.nic.in.) in online mode only. Admit card is an important document that must be carried by aspirants before appearing for UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 exam.
UGC Chairman on Twitter stated that "The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the first phase of UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) examination on July 9, 11, and 12, 2022 for 33 subjects in 310 examination centres located in 225 cities across the country,".
"Second phase was earlier scheduled to be held on 12, 13, and 14 August 2022. However, now the final phase examination of UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) has been scheduled to be conducted between 20 and 30 September 2022, involving 64 subjects," the chairman added.
UCG NET 2022: City of Exam Centre Details
The UGC chairman announced that the city of the exam centre will be uploaded on September 11 on the official web portal. UCG Admit Card 2022 can be downloaded on or before September 16, 2022. Candidates can download the admit cards by visiting NTA s official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in. and entering their login credentials i.e, Registration Number and Date of Birth.
UGC NET 2022 Admit Card Phase 2: Steps to Download
Candidates must download the admit cards from the official website. Failing to bring the UGC NET Admit Cards to the exam centres will not allow candidates to appear for the examination. Following are the steps to download the NTA UCG NET hall tickets.
Step 1: Go to the NTA official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Under the “Candidates activities” section, click on the ‘UGC NET Admit Card 2022’ link.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials such as your Application Number and Date of Birth.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Step 5: The hall ticket will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download the UGC NET 2022 Phase 2 Admit Card.
Step 7: Take a printout of the hall ticket for future reference.
