University of Latvia Join Hands with Ministry of AYUSH
The agreement is signed to add various short term courses in ayurveda.
Ayurveda is taking over the world and everyone wants a taste of it. Recently the University of Latvia joined hands with Ministry of Ayush of India. The Latvia University has signed an agreement with Ayush Ministry and a city based pharmacy to add short term courses in Ayurveda and to promote Ayurveda. According to the Professor of the University of Latvia, Valdis Pirags this is an amazing idea as people all over the world have started to accept and embrace Ayurveda.

P R Krishnakumar who is the MD i.e. Managing Director of Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (AVP) told the reporters that he met Nirmala Sitharaman who is the Union Commerce Minister and also the Prime Minister of our country, Narendra Modi regarding how to promote Ayurveda in the world. He also mentioned that the pharmacy has taken up following fields for research.

- Muscle Weakness

When the agreement was signed Simone Hunziker who is the director of Swiss Ayurveda Medical Academy was also present and he also shared his views with the reporters. He said that Ayurveda is an extraordinary thing which can help achieve wonders in health care sector.
