UP Board Launches Toll-Free Helpline for Board Exam Students
The helpline number was launched by Deputy Chief Minister, Dinesh Sharma. The helpline number will remain active until board exams from 8 AM to 8 PM where the students can call regarding any query related to the upcoming board exams.
Just a week away from the Board exam dates, the Uttar Pradesh Board has introduced toll-free helpline numbers for students. The helpline number was launched by Deputy Chief Minister, Dinesh Sharma. The helpline number will remain active until board exams from 8 AM to 8 PM where the students can call regarding any query related to the upcoming board exams.
The students can contact on any of the two helpline numbers: 1800-180-5310 and 18001805312.

As the written statement given by the UP board, the subjects experts in life sciences, English, geography, Hindi, general science, Sanskrit, chemistry, etc. will be available to answer any queries of the students. In regards to this initiative, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) additional secretary will be assigned as the nodal officer.
The helpline initiative has been in line with the initiative by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which provides free counselling to the students and parents before, during and after the board exams. The CBSE toll-free number for counselling, 1800 11 8004, will be available for the students till March 30, 2020.

The Uttar Pradesh board exams will be starting from February 18, 2020, and over 56 lakh students will be appearing for the board exams. To curb the cheating in the board examination, various security implementation has been instilled such as CCTV, voice recorders, webcasting system, special task force, state-level monitoring centres, etc.
