UP Police Constable 2024 Exam Paper Leak: 15 Arrested in Plan to Leak Question Paper

UP Police Constable 2024 Exam Paper Leak Update: Uttar Pradesh Police has Arrested 15 people from the different districts in UP who were planning to leak the question paper. The UP Police Constable exam is scheduled to be held between the 17th and 18th February 2024. The arrests were made in three different districts of Uttar Pradesh namely Jhansi, Ghazipur and Mau. As per the reports the Uttar Pradesh STF arrested two persons from Jhansi where they received 10 different photocopies of admit cards followed by three mobiles, SUVs and more.
Monu Kumar and Rajni were two accused identified by the Uttar Police STF and several cases have been registered against them. As per the reports, the duo were booked under section 420 cheating, 467 forgery, and 468 of the IPC. In the Mau district police arrested 5 people, who were asking for money from the candidates appearing for the UP Police constable exam in return for providing copies of the question and answer.

The superintendent of police Abhishek Pandy Mou said that Amit Singh, Siddhartha Kumar, Sunil Rajbhar, Somu Alias and Ram Karan were identified for involvement in the UP Police Constable 2024 question paper leak case. The government of Uttar Pradesh is in the process of identifying more people who are involved in the UP Police Constable 2024 question paper leak case.
Apart from that 8 people from Gazipur were also arrested in the same case where they were searching for candidates appearing for exams and asking them 7 - 8 lakh in return for the allotment. As per the Gazipur Superintendent Omveer Singh, they were asking for 1 lakh in advance from the aspirants. The police recovered 6 lakhs for the accused and they were sent to jail.
