UPPSC PCS Prelims Official Answer Key 2024 OUT: Download PDF, raise objections before 31 December
UPPSC has announced UP PCS Prelims Official Answer Key 2024 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 on December 26, 2024. Objections can be raised against the provisional answer key by the candidates.
UPPSC PCS Prelims Official Answer Key 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially released the UPPSC PCS Prelims Answer Key 2024 for both paper 1 and paper 2 on December 26, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the UPPSC answer key for 2024 by visiting the official website: uppsc.up.nic.in. They do not need to use their login credentials, as the UPPSC PCS prelims answer key for both Paper 1 (General Studies) and Paper 2 (CSAT) has been released in PDF format. Additionally, candidates have the option to raise objections against the UPPSC PCS answer key 2024.
If there are any discrepancies in the questions and answers, candidates may submit their representation or objection, along with relevant evidence, to the Commission by December 31, 2024. A total of 5,76,154 candidates applied for the examination, but only 2,41,212 candidates, which is approximately 42 per cent, actually appeared for the exam.

According to the marking scheme for the UPPSC PCS prelims 2024, there will be negative marking. For each incorrect answer, 0.33 marks will be deducted. To qualify for the exam, candidates in the general category must obtain a minimum of 40% marks. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories, the minimum passing mark is set at 35%.
The UPPSC preliminary exam was conducted on December 22, divided into two shifts: Paper 1 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and Paper 2 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
