UPSC CDS (1) 2022 Tomorrow: Documents required on exam day

UPSC CDS 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the CDS 2022 admit card for the written exam on its official website. Registered candidates can download their UPSC CDS admit card 2022 by submitting their roll number and registration number. On April 10, 2022, the CDS 1 2022 test will be held in 3 shifts i.e. 9 AM to 10 AM English, 12 PM to 2 PM GK, and 3 PM to 5 PM Elementary Mathematics. Candidates must bring the following documents to CDS 2022 Exam Centers along with their CDS Admit Card:

• Identity proof (original and photocopy both)
• 3–4 passport size photographs

Candidates must bring the above-mentioned documents to the test center without fail since admittance without them is strictly prohibited.

Steps to Download CDS Admit Card 2022

Step 1: Go to upsc.gov.in, the UPSC's official website.

Step 2: Go to the homepage and look under the 'What's New' section for the "e-Admit Card-CDS Examination 2022" link.

Step 3: On the new page, click the 'Download' link.

Step 4: Carefully read all of the directions (Take a printout of the instructions, if needed).

Step 5: When you click on 'Ye's, a new page will appear.

Step 6: On the login page, fill in the following information.

Step 7: When you've finished filling out the form, click the 'Submit' button.

Step 8: The admit card for CDS 2022 will display on the screen.

Step 9: Download and take a printout of the admit card for future correspondence.

Technical Instructions for CDS Admit Card 2022

UPSC has established certain technical guidelines that candidates must adhere to.

• To download the admit card, use the most recent versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
• The browser should have JavaScript enabled.
• Do not use a mobile phone or another similar device to download admit cards. On the desktop computer, utilize Windows OS if possible.
• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser settings if you're having trouble downloading admit cards using the above-mentioned browsers.
• If the issue persists, please try downloading the admit card from a different computer.
• If you are blocked by the server because you are repeatedly downloading, please contact the UPSC administrator by e-mail at web-upsc@nic.in to get the downloading unblocked.

UPSC CDS 2022 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates are required to follow certain instructions on the day of CDS 2022 to avoid any kind of problem during the test. CDS Admit Card will contain the set of instructions to be followed by candidates.

• Candidates who do not have a CDS Admit Card 2022 will not be allowed to take the entrance exam.
• Keep the admit card safe throughout the duration of the examination. During the examination, the invigilator may ask it at any time.
• Arrive at the exam centre 20 minutes prior to the start of the exam. After 10 minutes prior to the exam, the venue will be closed and no one will be permitted to enter.
• Candidates will not be permitted to bring electronic devices to the examination hall, such as calculators, calculating devices such as cell phones, pagers, and so on.
• Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until the test is completed.
• Candidates should not bring log tables, slide rules, electronic watches, laptops, mobile phones, or any such device in the exam hall.
• The use or possession of such devices is strictly prohibited during the CDS 2022, and any candidate detected using or possessing such devices would be ejected.
• At all times, a face mask must be worn, a transparent bottle of hand sanitizer must be carried, and Covid-19 safety precautions must be followed.
