UPSC CDS Exam Important Dates 2020

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam twice a year for candidates who wish to join any of the three wings of the Indian Defence Services-Indian Air Force, Indian Army or Indian Navy. The exam is conducted in two phases known as CDS I and CDS II and they take place in February and September according to the official calendar released on the UPSC website.
CDS II notification has been released on August 5, 2020. Along with the notification, CDS II application form was also released and the last date for filling the application form is August 25, 2020. The written exam will be held across various cities on November 8, 2020. CDS is a three-stage exam, which comprises of a written exam, personal interview round and medical exam.
