UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination 2016 Announce Result Evaluation Process and Vacancies
UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination 2016 is conducted in online – computer based mode for the selection of candidates for various government posts.
UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination (Part 1) 2016 was conducted online in the computer based mode on June 12, 2016. The selection of candidates for various government posts in medical services is done on the basis of this exam along with the result of Personality Test (Part – II).
On the basis of the result of the above exams, candidates are shortlisted for the following posts on the basis of merit:
- Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways
- Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service
- North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation
- Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service
- General duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation
- General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council
Overall 894 candidates are recommended for appointment on the basis of the following division:

Appointment to the positions mentioned above will be done according to the vacancies available. In order to be shortlisted, candidates will have to qualify the prescribed eligibility criteria.
