NIRF Ranks Vignan University 88th Best Institute in India

National Institute for Research Framework (NIRF) ranked Vignan University 88th best institute in India. The rankings were released by Smt.Smriti Zubin Irani, Human Resource Minister on 4-April-2016 at Vignan Bhavan, New Delhi.
University Vice-Chancellor Acharya, D.Tangaraj conducted a press meet on 4-April-2016. He said, “A total number of 1438 institutes competed for rankings and Vignan University secured 88th rank. This is because of qualitative research activities of the University. The University has shown its overall performance in Research, Teaching and Learning and Graduation outcomes. The faculty of the University has been consistently working on improving academic standards. It would not be possible for Vignan to secure 88th rank without the dedicated hard work of the faculty. The university has been assuring 100% placements for the students. The University has a good reputation for research activities in Andhra Pradesh”.
University Dean, Dr.Madhusudhan Rao said that “The University gives a new exposure and scope for research activities. Even the students will have a lot of scopes to interpret research and analyze a topic. The University is also playing an important role in Social activities”.
University Vice-Chancellor and Dean congratulated the faculty of all the departments for their cooperation and support. They assured that hereafter the University would work more consistently in improving its academic and research standards.
