VIT University Announces VITEEE 2018 Notification
- Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University has made official announcements with respect to VITEEE 2018 engineering entrance exam.
- Details of eligibility norms, exam pattern and guidelines are already out.
VIT University has announced the official notification for VITEEE 2018, a Common Engineering Entrance Test for the admission to B.Tech course for the academic session 2018-19. The scores of the exam are accepted by all the campuses of VIT University i.e. Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Chennai and Vellore (Tamil Nadu).
VIT University has not yet announced the official dates for VITEEE 2018 examination and informed that the detailed schedule will be released soon. The varsity has released the detailed exam pattern, eligibility norms and guidelines. The detailed VITEEE 2018 notification issued by VIT University is provided below.

Eligibility Norms for VITEEE 2018: -
- Only those candidates whose Date of Birth (DOB) falls on or after July 1, 1996, are eligible to register for VITEEE 2018 examination.
- All the applicants must have 60% marks in Physics, Biology/ Mathematics and Chemistry subjects in Intermediate or +2.
- For North Eastern and SC/ST students, the minimum qualifying percentage is 50.
- NIOS candidates can also register for VITEEE 2018.
Guidelines for VITEEE 2018 Applicants: -
- The application will be available in both online and offline mode.
- Candidates who wish to apply offline will have to collect the application from any of the VIT campuses or nearby post office (only selected).
- Candidates who wish to apply online will have to wait until the varsity issues the official schedule.
- Valid E-Mail ID is necessary to register for VITEEE 2018 examination. Therefore, the candidates who do not have a registered email ID must create it.
