WBJEE 2023 LIVE: Registration link activated at wbjeeb.nic.in; Check eligibility, syllabus, pattern

WBJEE 2023: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has started the WBJEE 2023 registration today, December 23, 2022, in online mode. The candidates who are eligible and aspiring to apply for WBJEE 2023 exam should visit the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in on or before January 20, 2023. The candidates should submit the WBJEE 2023 application form only in online mode. No printed application form will be available or accepted by the Board. During the application form fill-up process, the candidates should provide a valid mobile number and a valid email id. Before submitting the WBJEE application form, candidates should pay the application fee also in the online mode. The Board has scheduled the WBJEE 2023 exam on April 30, 2023.

WBJEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

It is necessary to meet the eligibility criteria to fill out the WBJEE 2023 application form. Check out the WBJEE 2023 eligibility criteria here-

• The minimum age limit should be 17 years as on December 31, 2023. No upper age limit is there to apply for the WBJEE exam.
• Candidates should pass the Class 12 exam in the PCM or PCB stream. To apply for WBJEE 2023 exam, the minimum passing mark should be 45%. 

Kindly note, to take admission, the candidates should have a valid score of the WBJEE or JEE Main exam. 

WBJEE 2023 Syllabus

The syllabus of WBJEE 2023 covers the topics of Class 11 and 12 from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Some of the important topics of each subject have been highlighted here in the given table-

WBJEE 2023 Exam Pattern

The questions asked in the WBJEE 2023 exam will be MCQs. The mode of the WBJEE 2023 exam will be offline, an OMR-based exam. The candidates can refer to the exam pattern of WBJEE 2023 highlighted in the following section-

• Time duration: 2 hours for each paper (total 4 hours)
• Subjects: Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics/ Chemistry)
• Total number of questions: Physics and Chemistry (40 each) and Mathematics (75 questions)

  WBJEE 2023 Application form: How to Retrieve Forgot Password?

  If the candidates forget the WBJEE 2023 login password, then one can retrieve or reset the password by referring the following steps:

  • Go to the official website
  • Click on the WBJEE login window link
  • Click on the "Forgot password" link on the candidates' login page
  • Three options will be available there for resetting the password
  • Use the security question and answer you select during the application form fill-up process
  • A verification code will be sent via text messages to the registered mobile number
  • A reset link will be sent via Email to the registered email address
  • Select any of the three options and click on the "Continue button"
  • Enter the required details and then reset the WBJEE login password
