WBJEE Counselling 2023 Registration Begins Tomorrow: Check fee, details required
From tomorrow, July 20, 2023, onwards, WBJEE Counselling 2023 registration will commence at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates can find detailed information for registration here.
WBJEE Counselling 2023 Registration: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will begin the candidate’s registration for WBJEE Counselling 2023 tomorrow, July 20, 2023. Students qualifying for WBJEE 2023 entrance exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process. After WBJEE 2023 counselling registration link is activated at wbjeeb.nic.in, the link will be active until July 25, 2023. During this period, candidates are required to make payment of the registration fee and submit their choice filling preferences as well. The counselling registration fee of Rs 500/- has to be paid online through net banking/debit card/credit card. Candidates must note that this fee is non-refundable. It is also important to note that WBJEE counselling registration 2023 is allowed at the beginning of Round-I and the Mop-Up round only.

The WBJEE Counselling 2023 process involves several stages comprising registration, choice filling & locking, seat allotment, and acceptance of seats. Those who will register successfully and submit their option choices within the given deadline can check their mock seat allocation based on choices filled in by candidates on July 27, 2023. As per the official notice, the common centralised online counselling will be conducted for WBJEE 2023 and JEE Main 2023 rank holders. At the time of admission, it is essential to present the required documents at the reporting centres. WBJEE 2023 seat allotment result round 1 will be released on August 1, 2023.
The official WBJEE 2023 notification states that in total there will be three rounds of counselling i.e., Allotment, Upgradation, and Mop-Up. No new registrations will be taken for the upgradation rounds. If not registered now before July 25, 2023, the candidate will only be eligible then through a separate registration for Mop-Up round counselling.
