WBJEE Counselling Registration 2023 Last Date: The last date for WBJEE 2023 counselling registration is July 25, 2023. After completing the registration process, the authorities are to release the mock seat allotment result on July 27, 2023. Following the mock allotment, candidates will have the opportunity to modify and lock their choices by July 28, 2023, if required. The first round of seat allotment result will be declared on August 1, 2023. Selected candidates must proceed with the acceptance procedure, including payment of the seat acceptance fee and reporting to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission from August 1 to August 5, 2023. There will be subsequent rounds of seat allotment, up-gradation, and mop-up, with different dates for each phase.
For those not satisfied with their allotment in the first two rounds, there will be a Mop-Up round for registration, payment of fees, and choice filling. The Mop-Up round seat allotment result will be announced, and candidates who get allotted seats must report to the institute for admission.

The WBJEE counselling is conducted for candidates who qualify WBJEE 2023 and/or JEE Main 2023. During registration, candidates need to pay a counselling fee of Rs. 500/-. They must fill and lock their choices of colleges and courses online. Seat allotment will be based on merit, selected preferences, and seat availability. Candidates allotted seats need to go through document verification and pay the required fee at the reporting centres. Finally, candidates must report to their allotted institute for confirmation of admission and carry original and photocopies of their documents.
