WBJEE Exam Date 2023 Announced
WBJEEB has announced the WBJEE 2023 exam date, which will be scheduled on April 30, 2023. The Board will soon commence the WBJEE registration, tentatively by the third week of December. Read below.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has announced the WBJEE 2023 exam date, which will be scheduled on April 30, 2023. The board has declared the exam date today at the official website. WBJEE 2023 will be an OMR based test. The candidates, who want to take admission to the academic session 2023-24 into the undergraduate courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy courses to several Universities and Government colleges, can appear for the WBJEE 2023 exam. The Board will soon commence the WBJEE registration, tentatively by the third week of December. The detailed notification for the same will be published soon.

WBJEE 2023 Exam Pattern
To start preparation for the WBJEE 2023 exam, the candidates can check the pattern here-
- Mode of the examination: Offline (OMR based test)
- Total duration of exam: 2 hours for each paper (Total 4 hours)
- Total papers: Two (Paper 1: Mathematics and Paper 2: Physics and Chemistry)
- Type of the questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total number of questions: Physics- 40 questions, Chemistry- 40 questions and Mathematics- 75 questions
- Total allotted marks: 200

- Category 1: For every incorrect response, the candidates will get a deduction of ¼ marks
- Category 2: For every incorrect response, the candidates will get a deduction of 1/2 marks
- Category 3: No negative marking is there
