WBJEE OMR Instructions 2023: Know how to fill OMR sheet

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has scheduled the WBJEE 2023 exam on April 30, 2023, in offline mode. The candidates will be given OMR sheet to mark their answers. Hence, before appearing for the exam, the candidates should have detailed knowledge about the filling process of the OMR sheet. They should be aware of the format of the OMR sheet so that the candidates will not face any hassle on the examination day. 

On the examination day, the candidates will be given the OMR sheet along with the question booklet. To simplify the process of marking the answers, the OMR sheet will be provided. Candidates should note that they need to mark the correct answers only in the OMR sheet instead of marking in the question booklet.

Detailed to Fill on WBJEE OMR Sheet

After receiving the OMR sheet, the candidates should fill out the required details, such as the name of the candidates (only in BLOCK Letters), name of the exam centre, WBJEE roll number, subjects, question booklet number even before starting to mark the answers. Also, the candidates should not forget to complete their signature on it. It is necessary to make a sign of the invigilator on the WBJEE OMR sheet. Note, the mentioned details should be filled only in black or blue ballpoint pen.

Instructions to Follow to Fill WBJEE OMR Sheet

Here is the list of instructions that should be followed when filling the WBJEE OMR sheet-

• Candidates should not tear or fold the WBJEE OMR sheet
• Candidates will have the provision of using only black or blue ballpoint pen. Any other type of pen or ink will be strictly forbidden
• While mark the answer, the candidates should completely fill out the circle
• Candidates are not allowed to do any preliminary work on the OMR sheet. For this purpose, they will be given an additional blank page
• Until the invigilator will collect the OMR sheets, the candidates should not leave the exam hall
• Candidates should darken only one circle for each question. More than one circle will be led to the incorrect answers
