MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, WEST BENGAL which is also formerly well known as WEST BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY has finally released the much-awaited dates for Even Semester examinations 2016.The tentative schedule of Even Semester examinations 2016 has also been specified by the University. The examination is tentatively going to begin from June 6th, 2016 and the proposed commencement date of the examination is July 05, 2016.
- Filling up of the Examination Forms on-line by all eligible regular & backlog (UG, MBA, MCA ) students through the website www.makautexam.net. Last date for submission of hard copy Application Forms by the students to the Colleges – May 19 – 28, 2016
- Verification of the examination forms filled up online by the College authorities – May 19 – 30, 2016
- Submission of the verified list of students duly certified by the Head of the Colleges/Institutes along with requisite Exam fees to be paid semester wise by Demand Draft to MAKAUT, WB (cash will not to be accepted). Exam fees are Rs 1000/- and Rs 800/- for regular and backlog students respectively – May 31- June 1st, 2016 (within 3:30 pm)
- Verification of question paper requirements sent by the College on the basis of Examination Forms filled up by the students and question paper requisitions – June 03 – 06, 2016.
- Issue of admit Cards to be generated on line through the website www.makautexam.net. The printed copy of the Admit Card must be verified and authenticated by the college authority. A recent pass port size photograph of the candidate is to be pasted in the marked area of the Admit Card – June 03, 2016 onwards.
- Practical Examinations & Viva Voce (UG, MBA, MCA ) to be conducted by respective colleges in presence of external examiners.– June 06 – June 11, 2016.
- Even Semester Theory Examinations for UG, MBA, MCA programmes. (N.B :Dates of Even semester theory examinations may be re-scheduled, if necessary.) .– June 14 – July 05, 2016.
- Internal marks to be submitted on line & a hard copy is also to be provided by the Colleges/Institutes to the University (UG, MBA, MCA programmes)..– June 10-24, 2016 (online submission) June 27-30, 2016 (hard copy submission).
Students from more than 300 Engineering and Technology Colleges of Kolkata and Other districts of West Bengal will appear in the Even Semester Examination-2016.
