Delhi HC Hearing on NEET 2024 Grace Marks: The High Court of Delhi took up the first hearing on the petition filed against the arbitrary award of grace marks by NTA in the NEET 2024 exam. A vacation Bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma heard the matter on June 7. The petition was filed by a 17-year-old NEET candidate who appeared for the exam. According to the petitioner, NTA's way of awarding grace marks to a question in Physics from NEET R5 Answer Key 2024. As two options were found to be correct by the NTA expert committee, marks were awarded to students who chose any of the options. According to the petitioner, this way of awarding grace marks is arbitrary resulting in the high number of candidates scoring 720 out of 720 marks. The court took up the hearing on this matter, and here are the major highlights.
