Will UPTET 2022 Again Get Delayed Like Last Years?

The UPTET 2022 Notification Update: Millions of candidates who aspired to become a teacher in a government school might have to wait a bit longer as the UPTET 2022 exam notification is being delayed for a continuous 3rd time this year. The UPTET Exam was first conducted behind the schedule in 2019 due to the CAA-NRC protests. However, the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education has been postponing the examination schedule since then due to some concurrent event or reason.

Reasons Behind UP TET Examination is Delay?

The 2020 session of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test was postponed and was held in January 2021 due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The board has never been able to organise the UP TET examination on time even after the situation has been normalised across the country. According to a recent report, a total of 2.5 million applicants are expected to register for UP TET Exam 2022 combined in primary and Upper Primary level tests which are almost 20% more than the applicants of the previous year. The sources say that the board has not even proposed the examination for this year to the government which makes it impossible to conduct in the remaining two months.

Having left only with their hopes, the aspirants are eagerly waiting for the UP TET 2022 notification to release on the official website which is now expected to release in December 2022.
